Work Order

**Standard work order may vary depending on the project.

  1. Pressure wash complete exterior with exception to windows (light rooftop washing available for additional labor cost)

  2. Remove light fixtures as necessary prior to painting

  3. Mask off and protect all surfaces not being painted: fences, sidewalks, trees, bushes, windows, doors, etc.

  4. Trench around complete house

  5. Repair failing stucco around foundation and cracks

  6. Caulk all seams where cracking

  7. Scrape and sand peeling fascia

  8. Sand rough areas, and prime rust if needed

  9. Repair eaves and replace as needed

  10. Prime all raw materials with the correct primer per application. i.e. oil, shellac, or  latex

  11. Previously oil painted surfaces need sanding, and oil priming before paint application

  12. Apply to two complete coats to body and eaves

  13. Remove plastic and tape

  14. Paint fascia, doors, and other trim

  15. Touch-ups

  16. Vacuum leftover debris
